 Antique 14K white gold hand carved Shell Cameo with diamond

This is an absolutely stunning hand carved genuine shell cameo from the early 1900s. It is set in 14k white gold and is accented with a genuine diamond necklace. The beautifully detailed white gold filigree is marked 14k on the pin clasp. It can either be worn as a pin or hung as a pendant on its retractable loop. The cameo is in excellent condition with no chips. The carving is very intricate with great detail in her hair and in the flowers she is wearing on her shoulder. The cameo has a nice uniform rise. You can tell that the casing was custom made to fit the shape of the cameo. The c clasp is in good working condition. It is about 1 1/8 inch across including the setting and about 1 3/8 inches tall. The cameo itself is just about 1 inch across and 1 1/8 of an inch tall. It weighs 5 grams.
